They provide prompt responses and I was able to get in touch with them to rearrange an appointment on a Sunday, which I was very impressed with. They have helped us with two different wasps nests. Resolvapest was the third company I have had come out to try and solve my longstanding rat problem- I had rats in my garden and in the walls of my house. After being disappointed by the first 2 companies, I didn’t hold much hope of the issue being solved but boy was I wrong. Warren paid so much attention to detail to really identify how the rats were entering my house. He found a hole deep in my wall (which even I couldn’t find when coming to fill it in), and therefore after working hard to combat them during 3 promised visits, concluded the rats had gone. He had all the time in the world to help and was always on the end of the phone when I had questions or needed advice. Very much worth the fee and I can’t recommend him enough. He always gave an ETA, arrived bob on time, and was very flexible to work around my shifts. Would go back to him if ever I needed a pest control company again.

I rang this company and didn't get through. The lady kindly phoned me back and within 2 hours they were at my house. I had booked ERG who had promised to be there in 60 mins and then couldn't deliver. I am so impressed with this company and will never use any other company.

After identifying a rodent issue at our house I initially contacted Rentokil who quoted me £800+ to come out to look at the problem. I contacted Resolvapest and spoke to Sophie who arranged for a surveyor to come to the house within a couple of hours.Warren turned up and was knowledgeable, polite and professional and gave us a thorough explanation as to the cause of the problem before putting steps in place to eradicate the unwelcome visitors. Return visits were arranged to make sure that everything had gone to plan. All of this for much less than a quarter of the price quoted by Rentokil.Outstanding service.
